Testing and certificates
An electrical check tells you whether the wiring in a property is safe, and what, if anything, needs putting right. Landlords need one regularly, and it's worth having when you buy a home.
We test every circuit and give you a clear report, in plain English, with anything that needs attention and how urgent it is.
If something does need fixing, we'll quote for it separately. There's no pressure to use us for the work.
